The 15 Minute Trainer Series!

New Years is right around the corner. It’s been a rough year and you may have put on a few pounds, stress and being unable to go out as much can do that in a very short time. I thought I’d give YOU my best tips for my most often asked questions!

Just the other day someone told me honestly she can’t stop eating bread. It’s a coping mechanism for these trying times. This client just couldn’t find it in her to follow a full program right now.

My answer – Give yourself a break. This is one of the worst times in history. Start by doing this-Have one super healthy green drink per day as a meal replacement. Make one meal a salad with a rich source of veggies and your protein of choice. Drink a lot of water. Make sure each day you are making 50 percent of your choices HEALTHY ones. If your worst is 50 percent better than before …. you’re doing just fine. Effort and consistency is key. Not perfection.
