What’s New in Virtual?

Virtual Personal Training

These times make for creative training. Currently I have in-person and virtual and hybrid programs. All nutrition-only programs are virtual. A hybrid program is a combination of online and in-person sessions geared to make your program more effective by utilizing my studio. A client can work out at home on line- or at my sanitized studio online. No person contact is a must for some clients and at Holiday Studios that’s not a problem!
